Please read below regarding policy information. DEPOSITS: NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits do go towards the service and are due at booking. Late: If you are running late, please notify me via text. After 10 minute being late We can try to accommodate but if not possible your deposit will be forfeited. NO CALL- NO SHOWS: No Calls no shows will not be tolerated. Your card will be charged 50% of the service. If it shows that you haven’t received a reminder notification and your number is incorrect you will still be charged for the no-show policy. CANCELLATIONS: Cancelling within the 24 hours prior to your appointment will forfeit your deposit. WAXING W/YOUR MONTHLY: I do wax people on their menstrual cycle as long as a tampon is in use. Canceling because of your period will have your deposit forfeited. PAYMENTS: Card payments will have a service charge along with sales tax. Cash payments will be accepted. No refunds after service is paid for. Note that cards are kept on file. By booking with me means you understand/agree to the policy set in place.
